We offer a repair and alter service on most items of jewellery. Have a ring that doesn't fit anymore? Has a chain broken? Then this service is perfect for you. Call us or pop in to enquire about alterations and repairs on your items of jewellery.

We know it can be tough when you lose a loved one.  Our bereavement service enables you to get your loved one's ashes encased in a custom made piece of jewellery. This enables you to keep a small part of your loved one with you wherever you go. By using a small amount of your loved one’s ashes, we are able to set the ashes into a resin in a custom made piece of jewellery so your loved one is always with you.

Need a valuation for your insurance? These are provided by our master goldsmith at a competitive rate. We charge per item rather than a percentage of the item's value. All of our bespoke handmade items also come with a FREE valuation.

We can provide a repair service for most watches. This can range from a full general service to just a battery replacement. We also have a wide range of leather straps in stock

Do you have a ring stuck on your finger? We can provide a safe, painless and fast removal of your ring for FREE. We remove the ring in a way that it can easily be repaired, which most other ring removal methods do not. Find out more here.
